Zesty Green Beans

So quick, flavoursome and make a great addition to lots of styles of meals/cuisine!

Recipe

• Pack of beans
• 1 lemon to zest
• Splash of olive oil
• 1 tsp salt

Boil the beans for 4 minutes, then drain and splash with oil in a bowl, mix in the salt and then finely grate the lemon over and mix in. Voila!
